On the International Day of Commemoration and Dignity of the Victims of the Crime of Genocide the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Avdullah Hoti, says that Kosovo is still facing a great wound of the missing persons.
Hoti says that the world knows what happened in Kosovo and that it is well known who was the aggressor and who was the victim.
