The incumbent Prime Minister, Avdullah Hoti, expressed his conviction that the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) will emerge as the first party in the elections, which will be held after the decision of the Constitutional Court.

Hoti said that they are the favorites to win the elections and that now they have to prepare a list for participating in the elections.
