The Government of Kosovo and the Embassy of the United Kingdom in Prishtina, signed today the Memorandum of Cooperation for senior management positions.
Ambassador Nicholas Abbott, said that the past experiences show that recruitments continue to be a major challenge for Kosovo and its institutions.
