Former Prime Minister of Kosovo, Avdullah Hoti, commented on the letter of the US Secretary of State, Antony Blinken, who asked Serbia to conclude the agreement with Kosovo with a mutual recognition.
Hoti said that we should keep the true friends of Kosovo and that the same thing was said by former President Ibrahim Rugova.
