The Association of Kosovo Historians “Ali Hadri”, branch in Deçan, has reacted after the agreement reached in Washington, saying that it cannot be called a historic agreement, because they are self-signed letters which brought a lot of irreparable damage to Kosovo.
According to them, the self-signing letter cannot be called an agreement, nor historical agreement, because there is no state logo, and there is no preamble that tell with who this agreement is signed, so there is a lack of constitutional subjectivity that binds agreements between parties.
