The heads of Kosovo institutions have laid wreaths at the Memorial Plaque of fallen NATO soldiers, on the occasion of marking the 22nd anniversary of Peace Day.
The President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, said that they are honoring the extraordinary contribution of NATO soldiers who stood by Kosovo in the darkest moments of its history.
