The Minister of Justice, Albulena Haxhiu, said that the government welcomes the resolution of the Albanian Parliament against the report of former senator Dick Marty, but stated that it is still too early to talk about whether it can influence something.
In a media conference, which she had called to reveal the work of the last month of the ministry that she leads, she said that the Special Court is part of the Constitution, and the highest legal act of the country cannot be changed without the votes of the Serbian List, implying that its dissolution is an impossible mission.
