The Minister of Justice, Albulena Haxhiu, said that she believes that the governing program will be finalized by Friday, and will be sent to the government cabinet.
The Group for Legal and Political Studies (GLPS) today held a roundtable discussion on the topic “Rule of law in Kosovo, what are the priorities of the new government?”, where Minister Haxhiu spoke about the priorities of the Ministry of Justice, she said that she considers the vetting process as the biggest challenge, for which, she added that she intends to achieve it with constitutional changes but that she was skeptical that such changes could pass in the Assembly of Kosovo, because they need 2/3 of non-majority communities.
