The Minister of Justice, Albulena Haxhiu has answered the questions of the MPs about the Draft Law on the State Bureau for the verification and confiscation of unjustifiable property. She said that the party has the right to justify the property before the institutions and has the right to appeal to the Constitutional Court if it considers that an unfair decision has been made.
