The Minister of Justice, Albulena Haxhiu, said that the court and the prosecution in the north are functioning.
According to her, despite the resignations of judges and prosecutors in the north, cases are being handled and citizens are receiving the services. She emphasized that the same persons cannot return to the justice system after their resignations.
After the meeting of the Government of Kosovo, Haxhiu, in a press conference, said that the rule of law in the entire territory of Kosovo has no alternative.
