The AAK chairman, Ramush Haradinaj, calls the Reçak massacre a turning point for the international community.
On the 25th anniversary of this massacre, Haradinaj, while remembering all those who fell for freedom, also thanked America and NATO for their contribution.
“In our fight for freedom, there are two moments that were our turning point. It is the legendary Prekazi of the Jashari family, the commander, Adem Jashari, and it is Reçak. If Prekazi made the turn for the Albanians, it convinced us all that we must fight, fortunately Reçak made a turning point for the international community as well”, he said.
