The head of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo, Ramush Haradinaj, has presented the candidate for mayor of Drenas. It is Arta Ahmeti-Xhylani, a lawyer by profession, with work experience in state institutions and also in entrepreneurship.
Arta Ahmeti-Xhylani has led the Alliance branch in Drenas for several years, being the only woman leader of a branch of a political party in the country. In 2017, she became the first woman candidate for mayor in the political history of Drenas.
