Only 50 percent of Centers for Social Work (CSW) have access for people with disabilities or half of these centers do not have access for this category. Meanwhile, only 28 percent of CSWs have adequate infrastructural conditions to provide social services.
This was said in the presentation of the analysis on the state of these centers, where it was emphasized that most of them operate with one car.
The Minister of Justice, Albulena Haxhiu, said that there are many challenges and legal gaps in the Centers for Social Work.
