The chairman of the Committee on Foreign Affairs and Diaspora, Haki Abazi said that the special envoy of the European Union for dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak, is holding Kosovo hostage on the path of integration.

In a press conference, Abazi said that visa liberalization, membership in the Council of Europe and participation in NATO programs cannot be a hostage to the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue…
