A day earlier, the Specialist Prosecutor’s Office proposed to the Special Court an indictment against President Hashim Thaçi and the chairman of the Democratic Party of Kosovo.
They are accused of a series of crimes against humanity and war crimes, including illegal murder, enforced disappearances of persons, persecution and torture.
