In the first court hearing against them, the former leaders of the Organization of KLA War Veterans, Hysni Gucati and Nasim Haradinaj, confirmed their pleading that they are not guilty on all the charges against them.
After the prosecutor read the indictment against them, the presiding judge, Judge Charles L. Smith, asked them if they were defending their first plead of innocence.
