The Gjilan team intends to use the bad form of Ballkani in the last matches in the Super League in Sunday’s match between these two teams, which also marks the end of the autumn session of the Kosovo Super League.
The reigning champion has two losses and a draw in the last three games, a series that has motivated Gjilani’s coach, Gentjan Mazani. He told KosovaPress that his team will try to get maximum points against Ilir Daja’s team.
Also, Gjilani’s goalkeeper, Betim Halimi, expressed his conviction that they can get a positive result against Ballkani, as according to him, the team from Suhareka is “very tired” at the moment.
The managing director of the club, Drilon Sylejmani, also expressed great faith in the team for victory in the match against Ballkani.
Only 17 points won from 17 games so far have made Gjilan to rank in the relegation zone from the elite of Kosovar football, but coach Mezani is convinced that such a thing will not happen.
The confrontation between Gjilani and Ballkani will take place on Sunday starting from 12:00.
