The gastronomy sector in Kosovo is facing a kind of labor turnover crisis, especially after the visa liberalization. This is what the secretary of the Association of Gastronomists, Arian Vranica, told KosovaPress, who emphasized that this summer season for gastronomy, was not so lucky.
Vranica says that in this crisis of gastronomy, the visa liberalization for the citizens of Kosovo has also had an impact, since most of the workers in this sector have left their jobs for a better life.
Vranica has said that there has been a decrease in interest in the organization of parties, in this case for weddings, in wedding halls.
According to Vranica, there have been many complaints from businesses, as according to them there is also a decrease in circulation and the spending ability of people in general.
Vranica adds that the workers of this sector are not able to make enough with their monthly income.
Vranica adds that according to some research he has done, over 100,000 people have tried to find work in other countries.
In addition to complaints from the gastronomy sector, citizens also complain about the high prices of drinks and food in coffee bars at night during the summer season. /A. Shala/
