GAP Institute today published the report on transparency and criteria used during the implementation of measures under the Program and the Law on Economic Recovery. The findings of this report show that the relevant institutions for the implementation of these measures have not been transparent during the distribution of funds, where, for many measures the beneficiaries are not known, while in some other measures the distributed amount is not known.
Also, the design of criteria for the implementation of these measures was such that in most of them the impact of the pandemic was not introduced as a criterion to benefit from financial assistance.
