From February 22, citizens of Kosovo can travel visa-free to the United Arab Emirates.
The memorandum of understanding with the United Arab Emirates for the liberalization of visas for citizens of Kosovo was signed on January 11, and as announced by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Donika Gërvalla, the decision enters into force on February 22.
Gërvalla said that on Tuesday he received the Verbal Note from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Emirates through which she was notified of the date.
“Thus, with sure steps we are strengthening our international subjectivity and we are managing to expand not only the free movement of our citizens”, she wrote on Facebook.
