For the eighth time, the Non-Governmental Organization ” Ngritja e Zërit – Raising the Voice” has submitted to the Constitutional Court the files on the constitutional review of the legal act of the Supreme Court, in the case of the rejection of the lawsuit for compensation of war damages.
