Out of 646 corruption cases last year, prosecutors have managed to handle 329 of them. Meanwhile, 317 remained of them were transferred for this year. The Basic Prosecution of Prishtina faced the largest flow of cases during this period, while that of Mitrovica has reached the lowest number of cases as well as the highest index of piled up cases.
This was announced in the publication of the report of the FOL Movement, on the topic “Prosecution Performance in the Fight against Corruption 2020”.
