In order to influence the parliamentary elections in Serbia, one of the Russian secret services, namely, the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR), has already sent to Belgrade its election manipulation specialist, Andrej Alfredovich Val.
Diplomatic sources in Belgrade, told KosovaPress, that the Russian intelligence operative is part of the MS Directorate (Meropriyatiye Sodeystviye) of the SVR, which deals with interference in the electoral process, in countries outside the Russian Federation.
