The “Bllaca ‘99 Exodus” commemorative event will be held, where the Association for the Return of Albanians Displaced from Their Own Lands, will award the “Hasan Prishtina” award to 24 municipalities, local communities, humanitarian associations, non-governmental organizations and media from RNM, which helped Kosovar refugees during the 1998-1999 war.
