The Energy Regulatory Office (ERO) says that they are obliged by law to set tariffs that reflect the cost of providing energy to consumers and to design tariffs that promote energy efficiency. ERO in an announcement on “Facebook” said that the block tariff structure favors consumers to save energy, for which it has proposed two blocks for household customers.
ERO has also said that the entire European continent is facing an energy crisis and unprecedented price increases, which is reflected in the rising cost of energy imported in Kosovo.
