Eight international agreements will be on the agenda tomorrow in the Assembly; the position requires the opposition to reflect

Eight international agreements are on the agenda in the next session of the Assembly of Kosovo that will be held tomorrow (Thursday). The largest opposition party, the Democratic Party of Kosovo, declares that they have not changed their position and that they will not vote on these agreements.

The same will not vote on the initiatives from the Government of Kosovo, as according to them the country has stalled due to the actions that the government is taking. The political entity Democratic League of Kosovo expressed reservations about these agreements, whereas the ruling party asked these parties to vote on all international agreements.

The MP of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, Ferat Shala, is categorically against voting on these agreements.

Meanwhile, the MP from the Democratic League of Kosovo, Doarsa Kica-Xhelili, tells KosovaPress that they have a substantive position against the OPEC agreement.

Meanwhile, the ruling party calls on the opposition to vote on these agreements. The VV MP, Driton Hyseni wishes that in the next session of the Assembly, which will be held on Thursday, international agreements will have a final epilogue.

We recall that in order to ratify an international agreement, 2/3 of the votes of all MPs present at the session are needed.

According to the Law, these agreements are submitted to the Assembly on its own initiative or after a proposal from the Government. /E.Krasniqi
