The citizens of the municipality of Presevo will vote today in the early local elections, where they must elect their 38 representatives in the municipal assembly. There are 41,600 voters who will choose one of the seven political entities that aspire to be part of the local government in the next four years.
There are 38 polling stations. Meanwhile, there are six Albanian parties in the race and a Serbian list, a coalition consisting of eight Serbian parties. Ardita Sinani from the Party for Democratic Action, is the only female candidate aiming to return to the municipality. Whereas, for the mayor of the municipality in the race is also Shqiprim Arifi from Alternative for Change, Ragmi Mustafa from the Albanian Democratic Party, Naser Azizi from the of the Albanian Democratic Union, Armend Aliu from the Albanian Democratic Alternative, and Sami Salihu from the Movement for Reform.
