During 2020, the Anti-Corruption Agency has sent 124 cases to the Kosovo Prosecutor’s Office and Police for further proceedings, after finding that there is sufficient data and reasonable suspicion of involvement in corrupt practices. Of these, 95 criminal reports were forwarded to the Office of the Chief State Prosecutor and 16 pieces of information were delegated to the respective prosecutor’s offices, while 13 pieces of information were sent to the Kosovo Police. Consequently, according to them, 180 people were reported.
These data became known today in the report of the director of the Anti-Corruption Agency, Shaip Havolli in the Committee on Legislation, Mandates, Immunities, Rules of Procedure of the Assembly and the oversight of the Anti-Corruption Agency.
