The acting Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports, Vlora Dumoshi, despite disagreements from some professionals in the field of arts and architecture regarding the location where the concert hall will be built, stated that as soon as they clarify the issues of decision and procedures with the municipality of Prishtina, the construction of this hall will start.
The concert hall has been decided to be built at the building that was once the home of goods “Gërmia”, and now the Tax Administration of Kosovo.
