At a special session that is being held in the Assembly of Kosovo, on the occasion of the Day of Persons with Disabilities, the Deputy Prime Minister of Kosovo, Dirton Selmanaj was seen, for whom the MPs of Vetëvendosje stated that they will not allow him in the hall of the Assembly.
But this parliamentary group said that “they refrain out of respect for people with special needs”.
