President Vjosa Osmani stated today that Kosovo’s relationship with the United States, and other international partners, should not be determined by dialogue with Serbia.
After the meeting with the American delegation led by the US Assistant Secretary for European and Eurasian Affairs, Karen Donfried, she said that Kosovo continues to be a constructive party in the dialogue.
