The Kosovo-Serbia dialogue has entered a crossroads. Holding a high-level meeting within this year is seen as impossible. The great differences between the parties in achieving concrete results have deterred the EU itself from insisting on progress, especially after the clashes over the establishment of the Association.
Next year’s presidential and parliamentary elections in Serbia are expected to delay the dialogue for an even longer period.
