The local election observation mission “Democracy in Action” says that the elections held on February 14 were conducted in accordance with democratic standards for free and fair elections, however the exception to this qualification are the Serb majority municipalities where orchestrated voting for two political entities from the ranks of communities has been identified and confirmed.
DiA today published the final election report, which includes the election observation report, the election campaign monitoring report and the media monitoring report. Eugen Cakolli, from DiA, said that the election day was organized calmly and without any serious incidents that could affect the integrity of the election process.
