A preparatory conference is being held in The Hague in preparation for the trial of the former leaders of the KLA War Veterans Association, where, among other things, lawyers have expressed their objections regarding the decision of the pre-trial judge.
The defense has asked the trial panel to reconsider this case, for which it has stated that they will make written submissions. Among other things, in today’s session, the defense has presented objections to criminal offenses and forms of responsibility, regarding the decision of the pre-trial judge.
