The Basic Court in Pristina – Special Department, at the request of the Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo, by court order dated 21.02.2025, has obligated witness A.K. to appear as a witness, to give his testimony on 04.03.2025 at 10:00, at the Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo.
According to the spokesperson of this court, Mirlinda Gashi, the Basic Court in Pristina – Special Department today, via email, received the response of the Prime Minister’s Office, regarding the above-mentioned court order.
He has been summoned as a witness in the state reserves case, where the prosecution is conducting investigations into possible misuse by several government officials.
