The incumbent Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, had a telephone conversation with the Chairman of the House Committee on Foreign Policy, Congressman Eliot Engel, who said that he does not agree with the intervention of who should lead Kosovo and the dialogue process with Serbia.
