In Jarinje there was a delay around 09:00 due to a large number of buses organized by the local government for citizens from northern Kosovo who vote in Serbia.
According to the KosovaPress team, around 10:00, the column was more than a kilometer long.
Near the Jarinje crossing, new members of the civic initiative, Serbski Opstanak from the north of Mitrovica, staged a performance modeled after President Aleksandar Vucic’s pre-election advertisement, displaying a makeshift traffic light reading 10:00.
