The Central Election Commission (CEC) confirmed that election materials have been distributed to all voting centers in the four northern municipalities where the snap elections for mayors of the four municipalities in North Mitrovica, Zvecan, Leposavic and Zubin Potok are being held and the elections for the municipal assemblies of the two municipalities Zvecan and Leposavic.
CEC spokesperson, Valmir Elezi, stated that all voting centers were opened on time.
