The Council for the Defense of Human Rights and Freedoms has asked the institutions of Kosovo to find a quick solution for irresponsible customers who do not pay the electricity bills and other utilities, otherwise, other consumers would not have to pay the bills either.
The CDHRF states that if the state pays electricity and other municipal expenses to Serbs in northern Kosovo, regardless of their economic situation, then the same state should exempt from payment the categories of citizens in a difficult economic situation or cover a part of these costs.
