The Chamber of Doing Business in Kosovo sees as an immediate need the functioning of the Commercial Court as it will serve the local business community and foreign investors as a single, efficient and specialized address to resolve disputes regarding their business activities.
The CDBK says that one of the reasons for the non-arrival of foreign investors is precisely the delay of court proceedings.
