The acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of Albania, Gent Cakaj, after his visit to Washington, said that he received the message that there is no secret agreement between Kosovo and Serbia.
Cakaj through a press conference, after two days of meetings in Kosovo with institutional and political leaders said that there will be no exchange of territories between the two neighboring countries in reaching a final agreement.
