The High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell, called the “non paper” document for reaching a final agreement between Kosovo and Serbia fake news.
At a joint conference in Brussels with Prime Minister Albin Kurti, the chief European diplomat said that he has not received any of these documents and that he does not work with them.
