The head of European diplomacy, Josep Borrell, said that after ten years of talks between Kosovo and Serbia with the mediation of the European Union, the time has come to conclude this process.
In a Twitter post, Borrell wrote that a comprehensive agreement to normalize Kosovo-Serbia relations would pave the way for their European future.
