The US Secretary of State, Antony Blinken, has congratulated the people of Kosovo on the 15th anniversary of Independence. In his letter, Blinken said that Kosovo has made remarkable progress in these 15 years, expressing gratitude for its alignment with Western countries in the case of Afghanistan and Russia’s war in Ukraine.
