Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi has stated that the Government of Kosovo will work every day of the year to fulfill the promises of the legendary commander Adem Jashari.
Bislimi paid homage in front of the Jashari family cemetery in Prekaz on the anniversary of the birth of the legendary commander of the Kosovo Liberation Army.
“We are proud of all those men and women who for decades and centuries have worked tirelessly and with self-denial to enjoy this freedom that we have it today, and to reflect on those obligations, which we have not yet fulfilled as the Government of Kosovo, we pledge that for 365 days of each year we will work to fulfill the commitments of the legendary commander Adem Jashari, but also other commanders since Skanderbeg’s time will finally be realized”, he said.
On November 28, Albanians celebrate the Independence of Albania and remember the first public appearance of the Kosovo Liberation Army.
