The American professor and expert on Western Balkan issues, Alon Ben Meir, in one of his writings says that Kosovo is a country with extraordinary potentials if it mobilizes its human and material resources. However, he stressed that our country must first address its shortcomings in order to enable it to stand on its own two feet and follow the path of development and prosperity.
