The President of Albania, Bajram Begaj, said that the Independence of the Republic of Kosovo was the century-old justice that the international community owed to the Albanians. Whereas he criticized Serbia, saying that it has not withdrawn from aggression, he added that he supports the liberalization of visas for citizens of Kosovo.
