Artan Murati, legal advisor to the Speaker of the Assembly, Vjosa Osmani said that until May 5, the Assembly did not have any information that MP Etem Arifi was sentenced by a final verdict to effective imprisonment.
Murati, who represents the Speaker of the Assembly in today’s hearing session of the Constitutional Court, also criticized the country’s courts for not informing the Assembly about court decisions related to MPs.
