From the potential Prime Minister, Albin Kurti, the representative of the Valley is seeking involvement in the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue. He says that the diplomas of young people studying in Kosovo are not being recognized in Presevo and this is one of the reasons why he wants to be at the dialogue table. Although the head of LVV did not mention a possible union with the three municipalities of the Valley, the mayor of Presevo insists on such a thing, however there are conditions for this.
Shqiprim Arifi, who is currently leading the Albanian-majority municipality, tells KosovaPress that the early election process in Kosovo is a result of a long political turmoil. All these, according to him, have also affected the Valley. Arifi in an interview for KosovaPress, says that taking into account the number of votes for Albin Kurti’s party, a political stability will be created, not only for Kosovo but also for the Valley. The mayor of Presevo says that whenever Kurti decides to continue the dialogue process, he must include them in this process.
