By order of the Special Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Kosovo, the Kosovo Police arrested last night a person with the initials M.M., of Serbian nationality.
The Special Prosecutor’s Office announces that the defendant M.M., suspected as a member of an organized criminal group, has actively participated in the commission of the criminal offenses “Participation or organization of an organized criminal group”, related to the criminal offenses “Aggravated murder”, in the murder of the now deceased Oliver Ivanovic, together with the other accused N.S., M.R., R.B and S.A., for whom the trial is continuing in the Basic Court in Prishtina.
